About this position: Maintenance Mechanic Location – Twentynine Palms, CA

Wage/Salary Range: $33.62 per. hr.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform Preventative Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Check System Functionality
- Repair Broken or Faulty Equipment
- Perform Emergency Repairs
- Align and Calibrate Machine Parts
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Monitor daily progress of projects
- Review company quality control and safety plan
Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications
- Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
- Level of Experience Requirements: 3 Years’ Experience Maintenance Mechanic
- Valid California Driver’s license
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
- Experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Similar Role
- Great Understanding of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Mechanics
- Familiarity using various Power tools and hand tools
Preferred
- Problem Solving and Organizational Skills
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.

- This position is not subject to federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation “safety-sensitive” functions.

Job is performed in an outdoor and office setting with exposure to desert climates. The work described is both indoor and outdoor settings. Additional outside job walks and inspections required.
Additional Qualifying Factors
As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
