As an LM Crew Leader, you will supervise and motivate a crew, ensure safety and efficiency on job sites, and contribute to both routine maintenance and special projects. Lead, supervise, and train a crew of 2 to 3 team members to complete landscape maintenance and construction tasks efficiently and safely.

Coordinate with management and sales personnel to understand project scope, plan equipment and material needs, and ensure timely completion of work.

Perform hands-on landscape tasks, including site preparation, trimming, digging, debris removal, and operation of hand and power tools.

Monitor and manage job budgets, track material costs, and ensure accurate timekeeping for crew members.

Maintain open communication with management regarding job status, customer satisfaction, and crew performance.

Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and incident reporting requirements, and promote a culture of safety within the crew.

Participate in snow operations, including planning, area management, and snow removal during winter months, which may require work outside regular hours.

Perform opening and closing duties, light equipment maintenance, inventory record keeping, and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.

Assist with other work-related duties as assigned.

Ability to obtain a valid and appropriate state drivers license prior to employment.

Experience or education demonstrating knowledge and ability to perform landscape maintenance work.

Familiarity with the safe use of landscape equipment, materials, and supplies.

Knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions.

Ability to lead, train, and motivate a small crew, including giving clear written and oral instructions.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to schedule.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk and stand for extended periods, and perform strenuous labor in various weather conditions.
