Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service in a fast food restaurant setting
- Operate POS systems accurately
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
- Assist with food preparation, food handling, and sanitation to ensure safety standards are maintained
- Make ice cream treats
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and food prep zones through bussing and sanitation practices
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction
Experience
- Prior experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurants, or retail environments is not necessary, but beneficial
- Strong customer service skills
