Are you a passionate leader who loves working with children and building outstanding programs? We are seeking a motivated, organized, and energetic Childcare Director to oversee our afterschool program during the school year and our 11 week summer camp program.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of our afterschool, day off, and summer camp programs.
- Hire, train and supervise staff.
- Ensure a safe, fun and engaging environment for children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and families.
- Manage daily operations, scheduling, and program planning.
- Maintain compliance with licensing and safety requirements.
- Help grow and enhance our programs through exceptional customer service and leadership.
Qualifications
- Previous childcare, camp or afterschool leadership experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for working with children.
- Ability to lead a team and problem solve.
- Required state clearances and certifications (or ability to obtain them)
