CNC Operator – 1st and 2nd Shifts
FasTrac International is seeking a full time CNC Operator for both our milling and turning centers. CNC Operators are responsible for operating the work centers that are already set-up to produce machined parts to customer requirements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Run the machine and ensure parts meet all customer requirements
· Preplace worn tools and set tool offsets
- Complete first article inspections and ensure parts always conform to customer requirements
- Use a variety of precision instruments to inspect work and complete all required documentation accurately
· Ensure jobs meet all quality requirements
· Acknowledge and follow all established safety procedures
· Perform routine equipment maintenance
CNC operators are also responsible for adherence to Quality Management system procedures, work instructions, company policies as defined in the Employee Handbook, and shall follow all normal machine shop safety practices. Advancement opportunities and training are available.

Experience:
· CNC machining: at least 1 year preferred in either vertical machining centers or turning centers
· Strong math skills
· Print reading and GD&T proficiency
1st and 2nd shift openings available.
