Seeking a Shift/Team Lead for Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea in Magnolia, Tx. Previous leadership role, sales and training experience a must.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage a shift, including sales, guest service, training, product quality, merchandising, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Ensure coffee, tea, espresso drinks, food and pastries are prepared correctly to brand standards
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient guest service and monitoring teams level of service.
- Execute accurate and proper cash handling procedures
- Ensure the café is clean, organized, and inviting at all times
- Maintain and communicate your knowledge of the coffee, teas, and other products offered at Sweetwaters
- Supports GM in preparing and submitting weekly orders
- Supports GM in completing the monthly inventory counts
Requirements:
- Must enjoy working with people, be able to multi-task, and work in a busy, fast paced environment.
- Must have a positive and helpful demeanor, strong guest service skills, must be friendly, accurate, and efficient. MUST be passionate about service and quality!
- Must be available nights and weekends and flexible in shifts.
- Must be available 30-40 hours/week.
- Loves to have fun and work in a positive environment.
- Ability to lift and or move up to 50 lbs.
- Must have Texas food manager certification or working to complete within 30 days of hire.
