Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Teachers and Assistant Preschool Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote literacy, numeracy, social skills, and physical development in accordance with educational standards and best practices.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Support children’s emotional well-being through positive behavior management strategies and personalized attention.
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, diapering, and transitions to ensure comfort and consistency for all children.
- Collaborate with lead teachers to assess student progress using standardized testing methods and document developmental milestones.
- Engage in ongoing communication with parents or guardians to share insights on their child's growth, behavior, and learning achievements.
- Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare regulations while ensuring a secure environment for all students.
Requirements
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and early intervention strategies.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori or other specialized teaching methods is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and administrators.
- Ability to manage classroom activities confidently while fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
- Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is desirable; relevant coursework or ongoing professional development is encouraged.
- Commitment to child safety protocols, including understanding mandated reporting laws and child welfare standards.

Pay: $25.84 - $40.00 per hour
