Responsibilities:
- Prepare, set up, and maintain the complimentary breakfast area.
- Ensure food is fresh, well-stocked, and presented attractively.
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Keep the breakfast area clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with kitchen and breakfast area cleanup after service.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous food service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Breakfast Attendant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a clean, inviting, and well-stocked dining area. Your enthusiasm and commitment to service will help set the tone for a memorable guest experience, supporting our mission to deliver true hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are attractively presented and replenished promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area, including tables, counters, and food prep zones
- Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Assist with food handling, including portioning, serving, and managing dietary accommodations as needed
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently for food preparation and service
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems when applicable
- Support food industry standards by adhering to proper manual handling techniques and weight handling procedures in the workplace
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures is essential
- Experience with food preparation, serving, and operating kitchen equipment is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage in in-person interactions confidently
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory levels
- Familiarity with wine knowledge or catering experience is a plus
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
