- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources
- Utilize crisis intervention techniques when necessary
- Supervise and mentor social work interns or junior staff members
Skills
- Proficient in social work principles and practices
- Experience in crisis intervention and management
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and documentation requirements
- Ability to supervise and provide guidance to others in the workforce development field
- Familiarity with behavioral health services and interventions
- Understanding of child welfare systems and services
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
- Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
