Position Overview • Face-to-face medical sales with hospitals, sleep labs, wound clinics, and skilled nursing facilities
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (salaried with occasional early morning, evening, or weekend meetings)
- Territory coverage within 1-2 hour radius of Mountain Home
- Entry level candidates: $45k base + uncapped commission
- Experienced candidates: Up to $50k base + uncapped commission (based on existing contacts/referrals)

Key Responsibilities • Establish and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, sleep labs, wound clinics, and home health agencies • Conduct face-to-face sales calls to promote respiratory equipment, medications, and medical services • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through strategic territory management • Educate healthcare professionals on company's comprehensive product portfolio • Develop new prospects while nurturing existing referral relationships • Maintain detailed customer records and sales activity documentation • Participate in medical community events and professional networking opportunities • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
