What to Expect
- Seasonal, high-intensity work: Christmas light season is go-time — longer hours, more money, all-out energy. Things ease up a bit in winter, then it's full throttle again March through August
- Physical, outdoor work — heights, ladders, rooftops, sunshine, rain, all of it
- Commission-based pay that rewards hustle — the harder and smarter you work, the bigger your check
- Real growth paths: crush it and move into a leadership/management role, or if you've got the people skills, transition into sales
