Responsibilities:
-Maintain Property Common areas using park provided tools and equipment
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, and building systems
- Fabricate and install new equipment or components as needed
-Troubleshoot and repairs to property facilities as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and address maintenance-related concerns promptly
- Assist with the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
- Maintain daily work log and inventory of spare parts and supplies
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Skills:
- Strong technical skills in various areas of maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively and productively
