- Lead all field operations for a $26M ground-up hospitality project in Charlotte
- Manage project schedules, subcontractors, safety, quality, and site logistics
- Supervise and mentor an Assistant Superintendent on-site
- Coordinate closely with Project Management and ownership teams
- Drive successful project delivery from mobilization through completion
