Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team here at The Yoga Garden. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the yoga studio, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage client check-in processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Proficient computer skills particularly using Mindbody Software.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide information about yoga services and retail products.
- Suggestively sell products, memberships, packages, and retail.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, main lobby, yoga studio space, shower, and bathrooms to create a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with fitness/yoga management software and front desk operations is advantageous.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
- Ability to work some evening and weekend hours.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on providing outstanding guest services.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment is crucial for success in this role.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
