Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate PT (Physical Therapists), OT (Occupational Therapists), and Speech Therapists to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs, including discharge planning and progress assessments
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical, neurological, or speech functions to determine appropriate treatment strategies
- Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions such as physiotherapy, orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, geriatrics, and trigger point therapy
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards and electronic health records (EHR) management protocols
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, home care routines, and community resources to support ongoing recovery
Skills
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical documentation standards
- Proven experience in acute care, inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home health environments
- Expertise in discharge planning, patient rehabilitation techniques, and developing effective treatment plans
- Ability to work with diverse populations including geriatric patients, pediatric clients, and individuals with neurological or orthopedic conditions
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and EMR systems for seamless documentation and communication
- Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
- Familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation center operations and outpatient clinic experience is highly desirable
