Job Summary:
We are actively hiring license Registered Nurse for per diem, part-time, or flexible work in the home health setting. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals seeking supplemental income, improved work-life balance, or a rewarding side hustle.
Key Responsibilities (may vary by discipline):
- Perform patient evaluations, create and implement individualized care plans
- Deliver direct care and therapeutic services in the home setting
- Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on condition management and self-care
- Document visits and maintain accurate clinical records
- Travel to patients' homes throughout the Bay Area
Qualifications:
- Current and active California license/certification as Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (home health experience preferred but not required)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and documentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a home-based setting
