Noctura LLC is looking to hire a part-time eBay Operations Assistant to help manage and scale our online e-commerce business. This is a hybrid role based in Jupiter, Florida. Some work will need to be done in person, such as organizing inventory, packing orders, and preparing shipments, while other tasks can be completed remotely from home.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with online marketplaces like eBay and Facebook Marketplace. You will help with the day-to-day operations of our eBay stores, including listing products, organizing inventory, packing and shipping orders, tracking shipments, and helping manage the overall flow of the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Packing and preparing customer orders for shipment
- Shipping orders out on time
- Organizing and tracking inventory
- Creating and posting eBay listings
- Managing product photos, titles, descriptions, and pricing details
- Helping maintain eBay store organization
- Monitoring orders, messages, and basic store activity
- Assisting with scaling an online resale business
- Keeping products, shipping supplies, and work areas organized
Ideal candidate:
- Lives near Jupiter, Florida
- Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Has experience with eBay, marketplace, online selling, shipping, or inventory management
- Is comfortable using a computer and phone
- Can follow systems and help improve processes over time
- Has reliable transportation for the in-person parts of the job
Experience with eBay, reselling, online marketplaces, shipping labels, or inventory systems is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
