PURPOSE: Support and work with the payroll department in a variety of tasks included, but not limited to, time entry, preparing checks, filing, and other duties as directed by the Payroll Manager.
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Review and audit timecards prior to entering.
- Perform job cost calculations.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Respond to employee questions regarding pay in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare supporting documents for internal and external audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
- Assist with payroll system testing, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Data Entry
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel.
- 10-key proficiency

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
