Dental Receptionist
Super Tooth Pediatric Dentistry – East Norriton, PA
Full-Time | 4–5 Days per Week | No Evenings | No Weekends

Super Tooth Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional pediatric dental care in a fun, welcoming environment, and we're looking for someone who enjoys creating an outstanding patient experience from the moment families walk through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and families with a warm, friendly attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify dental insurance and review patient benefits
- Check patients in and out
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Confirm appointments and help manage the daily schedule
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding treatment and appointments
- Work closely with our clinical team to keep the schedule running efficiently
Qualifications
- Dental front office experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced pediatric dental office
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Pay & Benefits
- $20–$26 per hour, based on experience and skills
- $20/hour for candidates with little or no dental experience who are eager to learn
- Up to $26/hour for experienced dental receptionists who are cross-trained and able to assist in multiple areas of the practice

Schedule
- 4–5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
- Daytime hours only
- No evenings or weekends
