As the Residential Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our residents. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of respect and dignity while promoting enriching activities for our residents.
Residential Program Manager Key Functions:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' unique needs.
- Supervise and support staff members to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment within the facility.
- Uphold resident rights and promote a culture of respect and dignity.
- Coordinate social activities and programs that enhance residents' quality of life.
- Effectively manage budgets and financial resources.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address residents' medical needs.
- Directly supervise Team Leaders and ensure compliance in residential homes.
- Be available for on-call responsibilities and demonstrate flexibility during staff shortages.
Traits:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid PA Driver’s License
- Previous management and supervisory experience preferred
- 1 Year experience working with IDD, elderly and disabled individuals
- Experience in ODP Residential care, home care, or assisted living settings.
- Knowledge of social work practices and principles.
- Strong financial acumen for effective budget management.
- Familiarity with care planning and community care services.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively.
