COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary: $130,000–$135,000 annually
Weekend Differential: Additional $8,000–$10,000 annually once on full schedule
Production Bonus: $5–$8 per treatment

SCHEDULE
This is a full-time W-2 position designed to provide stability, consistency, and long-term growth.
During the initial ramp-up period, providers receive full compensation despite working a reduced Friday/Saturday schedule while building patient volume and completing training.
