We are currently seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Teacher – Afternoon Closer to join our team at our Saint Peters, MO location.

Schedule & What We Offer

- Competitive starting pay of $15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience and education

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide attentive and engaging care for infants and toddlers during the afternoon hours
- Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development
- Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth through positive and engaging interactions
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
- Assist with end-of-day classroom routines and ensure the classroom is properly prepared for the following day
- Follow all health, safety, and state licensing regulations
- Communicate effectively with families and staff regarding children's daily activities and needs
- Help ensure a smooth and positive transition for children and families at the end of the day
Our Ideal Candidate
- Organized, dependable, creative, patient, and passionate about working with young children
- At least 18 years old
- Previous childcare or daycare experience strongly preferred
- Advanced education in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred
- Must pass a criminal background check, physical exam, and TB test
- CPR and First Aid certification required (or willing to obtain)
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Class E driver's license for driving responsibilities, if required
