What You'll Do:
- Serve beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Host and supervise axe throwing and pinball sessions (don't worry - we provide all training!)
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere
- Take and run food orders
- Assist with private events, parties, leagues, and special entertainment experiences
- Set up and tear down event spaces
- Stock bar supplies and inventory
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue, including bar and guest areas
- Help with opening and closing duties
- Work as part of a team to ensure every guest has an amazing experience
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Friendly, reliable, and personable
- Comfortable speaking with and engaging groups of guests
- Able to multitask in a busy environment
- Willing to learn new skills - including becoming a certified axe throwing coach
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on their feet for extended periods
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous bartending or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
