BRANVIC LLC is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting field operations, maintenance activities, and general labor tasks. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and field layouts.
- Perform field measurements and layout for penetrations, equipment locations, supports, and installation activities.
- Assist with core drilling, wall and floor penetrations, and layout work as directed.
- Support installation, maintenance, and construction activities as directed by supervision.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform material handling, equipment staging, and site preparation tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including daily setup and cleanup.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete work safely and efficiently.
- Report job site issues, hazards, and equipment malfunctions to supervision.
- Attend safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions as required.
Requirements
- Experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades environments preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and field layouts.
- Ability to accurately measure and lay out penetrations, supports, equipment locations, and installation points.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.
