- 2nd Shift 2pm - Midnight Monday-Thursday
- Starting at $25+/hour (based on experience)
- Overtime opportunities available
- Perform manual and/or robotic MIG welding on mild steel ranging from 20-gauge to 3/8" thick
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
- Set up welding jobs using fixtures, jigs, or open-table layouts
- Produce high-quality welds that meet customer and company specifications
- Inspect completed work using precision measuring tools
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on welding equipment
- Follow all quality standards and safety procedures
- Opportunity to qualify for certifications including AWS, ASME IX, and NAVSEA
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with manual welding, robotic welding, or both
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Stand and walk throughout the shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
