XL.net is looking for an awesome OutsideSales Representative to join our Sales team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST.

Individual Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, design, and budgeting for annual sales strategies and goals
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Keep prospective client database updated
- Provides timely follow-up, closure and tracking of all sales in XL.NET’s lead tracking & generation systems
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
- Generate revenue by managing, retaining, closing a high volume of sales and achieving monthly quotas within a defined geographic territory
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Qualifying
- Follow up on and qualify sales opportunities, including detailed needs analysis, product overview, and potential solution fit within assigned territory
- Provide technical assistance to prospects during the solution evaluation process, including coordination with Technical Support
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
- Support in writing new business proposals
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any of the related field
- Preferably with experience in both Marketing and Sales
- With basic understanding of sales process and dynamics
- Knowledgeable in lead generation
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and phone systems
Skills:
- Clear communication capabilities to our clients
- High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal, written, telephone and customer service skills
- Ability to work both in a team environment and as an individual
- Desire to continually learn new technologies and improve skill set
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
