We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Nail Salon Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Nail Salon Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner, schedule appointments, and provide information about our services.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist nail technicians with client intake and service coordination.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays and be flexible to work 10-hour shifts as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist in a nail salon or similar environment.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual.
