Stealth Aerospace is airplane parts distributor who has been in business for over 25 years. We have an administrative/sales assistant position available now to assist in various office operations, such as order entry, provide prices to customers, answer emails, and various other office tasks including but not limited to: assistance in sales processes, answering phones, and data entry. Work is done with Outlook and an ERP system therefore most of the day is spent in front of the computer. Business hours are M-F, 7:00am to 4:30PM.
Competencies/Requirements:
- Must pass a pre-employment background investigation.
- Must be able to type without looking at the keyboard.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills, especially in writing emails.
- Knowledge of good computer operation, ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in Aviation/Aerospace industry is a plus but not required.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Enter purchase orders into our ERP system
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to shop based on commitments
- Research alternative suppliers
- Work closely with the quality department and suppliers to resolve any supplier non conformances.
- Maintaining accurate supplier and product details in order to keep database up-to-date.
- Expediting purchase orders when required
- Work closely with the customer services team to provide accurate and prompt delivery dates.
- To support the business operation with any ad hoc requests.
