About the Opportunity:
SpearPoint Defense Group is actively recruiting professional Armed Protective Agent for an ongoing corporate security assignment in O'Fallon, Missouri.
This position supports a long-term armed and concealed security operation requiring professionalism, reliability, situational awareness, and sound decision-making. Selected candidates will work as part of a structured protective services team responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for a corporate client.
This is a full-time W2 position offering consistent weekday hours, overtime opportunities, advancement pathways, and potential travel opportunities supporting regional and national operations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide professional armed and concealed security services
- Maintain a visible security and deterrence presence
- Monitor assigned areas and report suspicious or unusual activity
- Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns
- Complete accurate incident reports and operational documentation
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Follow client post orders, operational SOPs, and company policies
- Work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors and team members
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 3+ years of verified experience in one or more of the following: Military, Law Enforcement and/or Armed Private Security
- Must possess a valid Concealed Carry Permit (CCW) or otherwise be legally authorized to carry concealed in Missouri
- Must be legally eligible to possess and carry a firearm
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a comprehensive background investigation and drug screening in accordance with company and client requirements
- Candidates must maintain an appropriate level of physical fitness, mobility, and stamina consistent with professional armed protective services operations
- Reliable transportation required
- Reliable smartphone and communication capability required
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and sound judgment are required
