Server / Waitstaff – Breakfast & Lunch Restaurant

Our Place on Main is looking for friendly, dependable Servers/Waitstaff to join our team! We are a busy breakfast and lunch restaurant seeking team members who enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and able to multitask while creating a welcoming experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver meals promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas
- Process payments accurately
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work efficiently during busy meal periods
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Pay is server minimum wage plus tips, which exceeds well over minimum wage. If you enjoy making people feel welcome and want to be part of a team where customers feel like family, we would love to hear from you! Looking for someone ideally 3 days a week, weekends required. More hours for the right person!
