We are currently hiring a Dietary Aide to join our culinary team. Mealtime is one of the most important parts of our residents’ day, and our Dietary Aides play a key role in creating a positive dining experience through excellent service, attention to detail, and teamwork.

As a Dietary Aide, you will:
Serve meals that are appetizing and visually appealing
Assist with meal service in a timely and professional manner
Follow portion control and dietary guidelines
Set up meal trays, dining areas, and food carts
Prepare and deliver snacks as instructed
Assist with dishwashing and kitchen sanitation duties
Complete daily cleaning assignments according to facility procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining environment
Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and team members
Support residents with a positive and compassionate attitude
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
Ability to work weekends and some holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds
Prior dietary, food service, healthcare, nursing home, or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
