Interaudi Bank seeks a friendly, energetic, bi-lingual Spanish, career-minded Front Desk Receptionist who will receive hands-on training and the chance to learn other areas of the bank. Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients/visitors to ensure a positive experience
- Answer & direct incoming phone calls
- General administrative duties/support
- Customer Information Files – using CRM software application
- Assist with the coordination of employee events
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- High level of discretion
- No previous experience at a front desk required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual Spanish required
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected base pay rate for this position is between $50,000 – $57,000 determined on an individualized basis (skills, qualifications, experience & location). Base pay is only part of the total compensation package, as Receptionists are eligible to earn a merit-based bonus.
