Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Luxury Automotive Technician – Apprentice Level position based in Marietta, GA.
We are seeking a motivated, entry-level or beginner technician with a true passion for automotive repair and a commitment to building a long-term career in the industry.
This is a fast-paced position with a quick growth trajectory. The Apprentice Technician will follow a structured training pathway designed to accelerate development toward Master Technician certification in less than two years, based on performance and completed milestones. As skills and certifications increase, compensation increases quickly through defined progression benchmarks.
This role is mentorship-driven. You will work closely with senior technicians, assisting in diagnostics and repair procedures while building strong professional relationships within the shop. You will learn directly from experienced Master-level technicians in a hands-on environment.
Unlike many entry-level roles, this position includes your own assigned service bay from day one — allowing you to immediately begin building skills while contributing to shop productivity.
All training is paid.
Day to Day
- Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and complex repairs
- Perform routine maintenance and entry-level repair services
- Follow manufacturer training modules and certification requirements
- Maintain an organized and professional service bay
- Accurately document work performed
- Participate in paid training and skill development
- Assist with shop cleanliness, organization, and general service department duties
- Support overall shop productivity in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Beginner or entry-level experience welcome
- Technical school training preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Genuine passion for automotive repair
- Willingness to take direction, accept feedback, and commit to growth
- Strong work ethic and accountability
