Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) – Ventilator & Acute Respiratory Care Experience Required
Location: Tucson, Arizona
Pay: $30–$35/hour + $4,000 Sign-On Bonus
Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Are you an experienced Respiratory Therapist looking to step away from hospital shift work while still using your advanced clinical skills?
P3SG is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with hands-on experience managing ventilators, non-invasive ventilation, oxygen therapy, and complex respiratory patients.
This opportunity offers a stable weekday schedule, limited travel, and the ability to work closely with patients while maintaining a strong clinical focus.
What You'll Do
· Perform respiratory patient assessments and clinical evaluations
· Set up, manage, and troubleshoot:
- Mechanical Ventilators
- BiPAP, CPAP, NIV, and ASV devices
- Oxygen delivery systems
· Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory therapies
· Review and implement physician orders
· Monitor patient outcomes and therapy compliance
· Maintain accurate clinical documentation
· Participate in a low-volume on-call rotation
Required Qualifications
· Active Arizona RRT or CRT License (or ability to obtain)
· Minimum 2 years of recent respiratory therapy experience
· Experience managing ventilators and advanced respiratory equipment
· Strong patient assessment and education skills
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Highly Preferred
· Acute Care Hospital Experience
· ICU, Critical Care, Pulmonary, LTACH, or Home Ventilator Experience
· Experience with chronic respiratory disease management
· DME or Home Health Respiratory Experience
