Duties
- Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move raw materials, finished products, and supplies throughout the factory floor and warehouse areas
- Assist with assembly line tasks by using hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble components accurately and efficiently
- Support manufacturing processes by preparing materials, loading and unloading equipment, and ensuring proper storage in the warehouse
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to factory procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe and efficient environment
- Collaborate with team members on production goals, ensuring timely completion of tasks and quality standards are met
Skills
- Experience operating forklifts, power tools, and hand tools within a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing workflows
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout shifts
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to manufacturing environments and warehouse operation
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
