Title: Software Support Engineer
Job Summary: The Software Support Engineer is part of the Tech Support team and supports the Customer Success team. Provide ticket resolution with analysis, troubleshooting & coding. This role works closely with senior engineers to facilitate timely ticket resolution, product stability, and contribute to product development efforts. This position participates in the product development team’s collaborative agile processes, including code reviews and team standups.
Duties and Responsibilities
▪ Address customer support issues via bug fixes, data cleanup, etc.
▪ Develop and assist with automated software testing
▪ Develop new product features and enhancements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
▪ Linux
▪ Web-based application development (Python | Django | jQuery | Bootstrap | Javascript | React)
▪ SQL | Relational Database | PostgreSQL | Git (version control)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to focus on priorities, attention to detail, ability to be flexible if priorities shift.
Credentials and Experience
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field with coding experience
Other Skills or Certifications
- Demonstrate ability to be productive working in a remote, fast-paced environment

Pay: $45,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year
