Responsibilities
- Run in-home sales appointments with homeowners
- Diagnose exterior home improvement needs and present solutions
- Build value and earn trust in a consultative sales process
- Follow up and close deals
- Track activity through CRM and meet monthly sales goals
- Represent Pro Xteriors with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For
- Hungry, competitive mindset – closers only
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and accountability
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Comfortable working in a 1099 commission-only environment
- Home improvement or in-home sales experience a plus (not required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation
- Commission only – no cap
