Greywick Inc. is expanding in Nashville, and we’re looking for ambitious, competitive, and driven individuals to step into an Entry Level Team Lead role with a heavy focus on B2B sales and client acquisition. What you'll do as a Team Lead in our Sales Department:
- Start in entry level sales to learn systems and gain experience
- Drive B2B sales efforts, building relationships with small-to-medium-sized business clients
- Lead from the front—actively participating in client acquisition, presentations, and closing deals
- Manage and mentor a small team of entry-level sales reps
- Train new hires on sales strategies, communication, and product knowledge
- Track team performance and help hit (and exceed) weekly and monthly sales goals
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and confidence in a face-to-face B2B sales environment
- Competitive mindset with a desire to win and lead
- Natural leadership qualities (team sports, student leadership, or prior team experience is a plus)
- Coachable, positive attitude, and high work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven setting
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
