Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent knife skills, and experience in casual dining or restaurant settings. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with menu planning and ingredient preparation for daily service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with food safety regulations
- Operate kitchen equipment efficiently, including knives, ovens, and other appliances
- Support catering events and special meal preparations as needed
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests or front-of-house staff
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
Experience
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or catering environment
- Knowledge of menu planning, food handling, and food safety protocols
- Fine dining or culinary experience preferred, with strong knife skills and meal preparation expertise
- Background in the food industry demonstrating proficiency in kitchen operations and food presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
