Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial & industrial HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and system inspections
- Service equipment such as RTUs, split systems, and large-scale mechanical systems
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members on findings and solutions
- Accurately document service work, parts used, and recommendations
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience (commercial/industrial preferred)
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with commercial HVAC equipment and service calls
- Valid driver’s license (required with no DUIs in last 3 years)
- Ability to pass a drug screen

Our ideal service technician must have a valid Driver's License, an EPA License, no DUI's in the last 3 years, and be able to pass a drug test.
