Duties
- Maintain and update comprehensive client and volunteer driver databases; distribute applications to interested individuals upon request.
- Receive telephone requests from clients, enter data accurately, and arrange appropriate transportation.
- Input incoming trip requests from partner agencies and collaborate closely with them to ensure accurate, timely data entry.
- Update the master schedule immediately to reflect cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute adjustments; actively fill open, same-day trip slots.
- Conduct clear professional written and oral communication with clients, volunteers, and internal staff.
- Participate in the required on-call rotation schedule to handle after-hours inquiries or emergencies.
- Attend and participate in annual volunteer training sessions.
- Treat all clients, volunteers, and coworkers with kindness, dignity, and respect while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Requirements
- The ability to manage multi-line phone systems professionally.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications related to logistics or transportation are a plus.
- Two years of relevant work experience in scheduling, logistics, database management or customer service is preferable but not essential.
- Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
