12-hour rotating shifts, steady schedule, and full-time hours.
- Location: Luckey, OH
- Pay: $19.00 per hour
- Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (2 on / 2 off / 3 on / 3 off).
Work half the year while earning full-time pay!

- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support operations onsite at a Luckey Ohio Distribution Center. This role will focus on banding pallets and auditing outbound shipments to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
Banding Duties
- Secure two pallets together using banding materials and equipment
- Ensure loads are stable, properly aligned, and safe for transportation
- Inspect bands for correct tension and placement
- Re-band loads as needed to meet quality and safety standards
Auditing Duties
- Inspect pallets for damage, missing items, or loose materials
- Verify proper clips, packaging, and load integrity
- Apply stickers/labels to pallets per process requirements
- Take and upload photos of pallets into the system for documentation
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Comfortable using basic technology (scanners, mobile devices, or apps)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Work Environment
- Fast-paced distribution center / warehouse setting
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting required
- Exposure to warehouse equipment and machinery
