Experienced Automotive Service Advisor – Performance Ford Bountiful
Location: Bountiful, UT (Conveniently off I-15)
Pay: Aggressive comp; paid on both parts and labor gross + bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday + Some Saturdays

We’re currently looking for experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisors (also known as Service Writers) to join our growing team. If you love fast cars, trucks, luxury vehicles, and working in an environment where excellence is recognized and growth is supported—we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and assist them with their vehicle service needs
- Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair options
- Communicate with technicians and keep customers informed
- Build trust with customers by offering honest guidance
- Maintain accurate service records and follow up on open work
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 4+ years of previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer required
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
✅ Customer-first mindset and passion for the automotive industry
✅ Ability to learn and retain detailed vehicle knowledge
✅ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
