C&M Sales is a sales division of Central and Moon Distributors, a family-owned company that has been in business since 1935. C&M Sales is hiring merchandising positions for some of the fastest growing non-alcoholic brands in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Illustrate and present product displays to attract customers and drive sales
- Stock and maintain products and provide exceptional customer service
- Stock shelves, displays, and designated coolers of C&M products
- Maintain, work, and rotate C&M backstock to customer specifications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure proper layout design and product placement
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Implement planograms and supplier programs to optimize product visibility and availability
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Proficient in layout design principles to create visually appealing displays
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred
- Knowledge of planograms and their implementation
