Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with architects, developers, property managers, brokers, and franchise owners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial construction industry.
- Identify and pursue new commercial construction opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Attend networking events and industry meetings.
- Coordinate with the estimating and project management teams.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience in Commercial Construction.
- Strong network within the Arizona commercial construction market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of winning commercial construction projects.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year (based on experience).
