Overview
Hail Labs LLC is a new paintless dent repair venture launching in Colorado Springs, backed by an established automotive appearance shop with existing customers, shop space, marketing, and service flow already in place.
We are looking for an experienced PDR technician who wants more than just another job. This is an opportunity to help build a serious hail repair and dent repair division from the ground up.
We are not looking for someone who “kind of does dents.” We need someone who can produce clean work, communicate clearly, and help us build a reputation for high-quality repairs.

Experienced PDR Technician
Colorado Springs, CO
Hours will vary based on work load with intentions to grow into a full time position.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be performing paintless dent repair on customer vehicles, including:
Door dings, minor dents, hail damage, body line dents, larger shallow dents, glue pulling, and clean finish work.
You may also assist with estimates, customer inspections, repair planning, and helping us develop our PDR process as Hail Labs grows.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
Real PDR experience
Ability to show previous work
Professional tools and lighting
Clean repair standards
Ability to work independently
Good communication with customers and team members
Experience with hail damage is required
R&I experience is a plus
Estimating experience is a plus
Insurance claim experience is a plus

Pay
Pay depends on skill level and experience but will be commission based 30-40%.

Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation

Ability to work on-site in Colorado Springs
Must be able to provide examples of previous PDR work
References preferred
Pay: $25.50 - $30.71 per hour
