The Role
We’re looking for a Field Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from kickoff through closeout — someone who thrives on-site, understands construction realities, and knows how to keep jobs moving without excuses.
This is not a desk job. This is boots-on-the-ground leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage field operations across multiple active projects
- Coordinate daily with supers, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure installations align with shop drawings, specs, and site conditions
- Track progress, manpower, and production rates (and adjust in real time)
- Identify and resolve field issues before they become delays
- Work closely with engineering and fabrication teams to maintain flow
- Manage site logistics, deliveries, and sequencing
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance (OSHA/SCA standards)
- Communicate directly with GCs, owners, and agency reps
- Support change orders, field reports, and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in construction project management (steel, windows, or façade preferred)
- Strong field experience — you’ve actually run jobs, not just tracked them
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and construction documents
- Experience with NYC public sector work (SCA, NYCHA, DASNY, etc.) is a major plus
- Proven ability to manage schedules, crews, and multiple moving parts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- OSHA certifications required (SST)

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary (based on experience) $110,000- $130,000
