We are looking for reliable, hardworking line cooks who take pride in their work and want to grow with a strong team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Work stations including sauté, grill, pasta, fry, pantry, and prep
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper presentation
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen staff during service
- Assist with prep, stocking, and closing duties
- Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services
Requirements
- Previous restaurant kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Team player with dependable attendance
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Italian restaurant experience is a plus but not required
