Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Identify new business opportunities through outbound calling, warm calling, and targeted marketing efforts
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our products and services effectively
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements with clients
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage sales pipelines, and analyze customer data
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently
- Engage in technical sales discussions, demonstrating product features and benefits tailored to client needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of telemarketing techniques, outbound calling strategies, and business development practices
- Ability to understand technical product details and convey complex information clearly

Pay: $59,165.96 - $71,253.63 per year
