What You’ll Do
- Paint, patch, and repair interiors to keep units looking fresh and move-in ready
- Complete make-readies on vacant units within set timelines
- Install appliances, lighting, ceiling fans, and window coverings
- Handle basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Re-key locks, make keys, and maintain security standards
- Respond to maintenance requests and resident needs quickly and professionally
- Assist with general repairs across the property, inside and out
- Help maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds
Pool & Grounds Care
- Test and balance pool and spa chemicals
- Clean and maintain pool areas
- Monitor equipment and handle any issues promptly
Operations & Team Support
- Help keep inventory of tools, parts, and supplies organized
- Complete work orders, reports, and required documentation
- Step in to support the team when needed, including assisting leadership
- Work within budget guidelines and company standards
On-Call & Emergency Response
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule
- Respond to after-hours emergencies and urgent repairs
- Help ensure the safety of residents and the property at all times
Preventative Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
- Identify and fix issues before they become bigger problems
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Report any safety concerns or violations immediately
- Maintain a safe environment for residents, team members, and visitors
